DJ BIG C was born Christian Ivory, in New York City, and raised in the Poconos area of Pennsylvania. He started DJing in high school and was known to practice with friends for hours. His friends, also, became professional DJ's and include: DJ Studda and DJ Wasteline. In order to promote his skills and gain popularity, Big C started doing house parties all over the Poconos area. He became successful with these smaller events and was able to move to larger venues, which included nightclubs. DJ BIG C performed in locations such as the Sherman Theater, East Cafe, The G Spot, Shermsha Irish Pub, The Whisper Lounge and many more.
