A poet turned MC, North Carolina rapper Flyy Drexler is also known as Skotty Drippin. Born and raised in Chapel Hill, Drexler dropped his first mixtape in 2012. In 2015 he began uploading his music to the Web, including his breakthrough hit, "Came from Nothing". In 2016 he signed with Sony, which re-released the single that same year.
